Paid Parking - Rowe Park
A temporary paid parking station will be available at Rowe Park for show visitors.
Cost: $20 per vehicle.
Temporary Parking Restrictions
Temporary parking restrictions will be in place on several streets surrounding the Claremont Showgrounds.
No‑Stopping Zones
- No‑Stopping – Road: Graylands Road, First Avenue, Second Avenue, Mofflin Avenue, Lakeway Street (Graylands Road to Davies Road)
- No‑Stopping – Road or Verge: Graylands Road, Ashton Avenue, Stubbs Terrace, Judge Avenue
Precinct & Resident Parking
- Existing timed parking restrictions will remain in place.
- Residents with valid permits must ensure they are clearly displayed.
- Permits are not valid in No‑Stopping areas.
- The Town will not issue temporary parking permits.
- If verge parking restrictions apply in your street, alternative arrangements must be made to avoid infringements.
Management of Street Verges
Residents may allow others to park on their verges, provided vehicles are parked safely and do not obstruct footpaths, roads, or driveways. Unsafe parking may result in infringements.

Events at the Claremont Showground
The Town works with the Royal Agricultural Society to manage parking and traffic for large-scale events held at the Claremont Showground.
Residents are encouraged to note any temporary signage restrictions in place during these events.
