As we head into "Plastic Free" July, Claremont Town Centre (CTC) businesses are encouraging customers to abandon single use shopping bags.
Customers who shop in the CTC will receive a complimentary, stylish and reusable tote bag which is ideal for everyday use, not just during Plastic Free July.

Remember to keep dogs on leashes and slow down when walking, cycling or driving near the Lake to keep these baby turtles and other wildlife safe.
Scooter track
Upgrades to the scooter track at John and Jean Mulder Park are nearing completion.
The track will feature a roundabout, speedbumps, dual lanes and road signs.
It is perfect for beginner and junior scooter riders, providing a fun way for young people to ride and develop skills in a safe environment.
